Batch manufacturing record should include following details:
- record showing the status of equipments/area used for manufacturing.
- quantities of materials used whethtr or not the material appears, or tested, in the finished products. and source of recovered materials used ,provided however ,it is in accordance with relevant master formula.
- limits for every critical test that is required performed.
- theoretical ,and practical yields,at different st ages during processing
- signed authorization if there is any deviation from master formula record
- reconciliation of materials received, used ,rejected and or destroyed and returned to warehouse.
