-The particle count test shall be counted at static/rest
and dynamic/ in operation state of the clean area.
-Do not disturb the probe or the tubing while conducting
the particle count. However, whenever the probe has to be moved do the same
with a speed of 10 Ft/Min.
-Switch “On” the equipment.
-Take Particle count reading in respected area.
-Check 0.5µ and 5.0µ particles in respected areas. The area
is disturbed by switching off the respective HVAC system. This will increase
particle count to next class area. Measure the particle count.
-Then start respective HVAC system and check the recovery
of area to its initial classified area.
-Measure time required to attain the area to its initial
state.
Particle Counting Machine shall be kept at 36 – 40 inch
above the floor level
